Texas' cardboard cops will now fight traffic crimes
This bizarre step has been taken to prevent drivers from over speeding.
TEXAS (Web Desk) – Police has deployed cardboard cops at various side roads in Texas to fight the prevailing fight crimes.
This bizarre step has been taken to prevent drivers from over speeding although the cop lacks a brain, a heart and a central nervous system.
The cutout is based on a photo of an actual deputy pointing a radar gun.

However; from a distance, a preson can’t really tell the difference until he/she gets closer.
According to police, the cardboard cutouts will sometimes be paired with a real deputy and other times stand on their own, something that will keep people "somewhat guessing."
