(Web Desk) – Cream filled biscuits have holes but have you ever wondered why it is so?

A famous biscuit company has finally revealed the answer. Recently, international biscuit brand Bourbon invited some media persons for a tour in their manufacturing company where they witnessed the processing and production of biscuits.

In this documentry regarding the manufacturing of biscuits, the factory manager revealed why there are holes in biscuits, he told that holes are created in cream filled biscuits to allow for heat to escape from biscuits during baking.

He revealed that if holes were not to be created, then the heat would not be able to escape and temprature would not become stable in biscuits causing crack formation that can even cause the biscuits to break and such a faulty product would not be acceptable for either the market or the direct consumer.

It is noteworthy that Bourbon brand enjoys the status of being the favorite biscuit to be taken with tea.
