Google tested the facility more than a year and now made it available in beta

(Web Desk) – Making technology easier for its users, the Google integrated built-in support for eSignatures within Docs and Drive.

The facility will simplify the process of adding and requesting digital signatures promptly within Google. The facility will save users time as they used to wait switching between different apps.

Google tested the facility more than a year and made it available in beta now enabling the users to request and add eSignatures.

Different software solutions like cloud-based platforms including Dropbox and Adobe Acrobat have already unified eSignature capabilities.

Initially, the signature requests appear to be restricted to Gmail users. Nevertheless, Google’s official blog post narrates that this will expand to non-Gmail users later this year.

Presently, nothing insight that when this feature will be available for Google’s free personal accounts.

Google has also provided screenshots that show how Docs and Drive will prompt recipients for full signatures or initials.
