YouTube channel, mobile app launched for weather forecast in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Meteorological Department has launched a weather YouTube channel and mobile application to make the people aware of the climatic conditions in the country.
According to details, Aviation Minister Ghulam Sarwar Khan introduced the mobile application. Met office has developed a mobile app along with the channel to keep the public aware of the weather at all the moment.
Timely weather information will be provided from the mobile app and the YouTube channel. The general public will be made aware of the weather conditions through audio-video messages on the mobile app.
Weather conditions will be communicated to the common man through newsletters. The weather app will be available on social media and the mobile app, while the meteorological media studio of the department and a new website has also been launched.
Federal Minister for Aviation Ghulam Sarwar Khan also inaugurated the IT Center in the Meteorological Department.
