PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – After introducing law to solve civil cases within a year, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has taken another revolutionary step to send court summons through mobile application, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
The use of technology will help to conclude the court cases without unnecessary delay. People as well as lawyers have appreciated this decision by the KP government.
The previous system was outdated and had many drawbacks in it. The respondents deliberately used to not receive the notices to delay proceedings.
The mobile application system will on one hand help the plaintiffs by saving their time, and reduce burdens on courts on the other.
