Summary Cause of the fire is yet to be identified
(Web Desk) – Samsung store in Singapore caught fire a day before flagship device, Galaxy S8 was to be unveiled, Mashable.com reported on Tuesday.
Reportedly, a fire broke out at Samsung Experience Store in AMK Hub prompting rescuers to shut surrounding shops however, no casualties were reported.
“We are currently assessing the property damage and working closely with the authorities to determine the cause of the fire,” a representative of the South Korean tech giant maintained.
Cause of the fire is yet to be identified.

The incident comes as a blow to Samsung given that Galaxy S8 unveiling is the first device to hit the stores since it had to call back millions of Note 7s earlier over battery-explosion reports.
