Footballers stage protest against suspension of Pakistan's membership by FIFA
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) - Hundreds of footballers in Faisalabad protested against the suspension of Pakistan s membership by FIFA, in District Council Chowk.
Carrying placards and banners in their hands, the young players chanted slogans against the suspension of Pakistan football membership by FIFA.
The protesters said that the future of the players is getting dark due to the ban imposed by FIFA. The government should take steps to lift the ban.
The young players said that the occupation of Pakistan Football Federation House by a group should be ended and FIFA normalization committee should hold elections for Pakistan Football Federation.
The young players have demanded the Prime Minister of Pakistan to play his role in ending the suspension of FIFA so that the players can make their country famous at the international level.
