INDIAN WELLS (AFP) - World number two Maria Sharapova defeated Victoria Azarenka 6-4, 6-3 in the third round of the WTA and ATP Indian Wells tennis tournament on Monday.
Sharapova moves through to the round of 16 where she will square off against defending women s champ Flavia Pennetta of Italy.
