Sixteen-member Pakistan cricket team for New Zealand tour has been announced. PCB chairman Ijaz Butt made this announcement in a press conference. The squad includes Salman Butt, Imran Farhat, Khalid Lateef, Muhammad Yousaf, Shoaib Malik, Umar Akmal, Kamran Akmal, Abdur Razzak, Rana Naveedul Hassan, Shahid Afridi, Saeed Ajmal, Umar Gul, Muhammad Aamir, Rao Iftikhar and Wahhab Riyaz. Fawad Alam, Misbahul Haq and Muhammad Asif have been dropped. The series will start in Abu Dhabi from November 3 in which three one day matches and two twenty20 matches would be played. Three test matches would be played between both of the teams in December in New Zealand.
