Summary
At least three people have including a man his wife and daughter, were killed while four others including two children were injured due to over speeding on GT road near Kala Shah Kaku. The accident took place when fast-moving car bumped into the road divider.The accident occurred about 1:30 pm, when the family was en-route to Lahore from Mureedkay. The dead have been identified as Abid his wife Nabeela and fourteen year old daughter Arooj, all of whom died on spot, while Abids sister-in-law Afshah her 1 year old son Abdur Rehman, Afshas three year old daughter Amina and a relative Shahjahan who were also in the car, survived with injuries. The injured were shifted to district headquarter hospital Mureedkay, where they were scantily treated by the hospital staff. The injured are in critical condition.
