Six people including two cops injured in a clash between Peshawar jail inmates and police on Thursday. IG Jail Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Tanveerul Haq Sipra said that some the clash was sparked during the routine checking in the morning.According to him, some captives got infuriated and assailed the cops.Police resorted to baton charge and teargas shelling. The situation, however, has been brought under control, while the injured have been shifted to nearby hospital.
