Shutter-down and wheel-jam strike was observed in Quetta against target killings, loadshedding and deteriorating law and order situation. Traders Union Balochistan called the strike. Trade centres and shops remained closed in different areas of the city. The protesters blocked several roads. Some political parties also backed the strike.
