Lahore police have recovered large cache of arms, explosive material and suicide jackets from a shop at Hathi chowk at Wahdat Road on Tuesday. Three thousand kilogram explosive material, 3 suicide jackets, light machine gun, small machine guns and bullets were recovered from the shop. Police arrested three person including shop owner Javed Sheikh. SSP Investigation Zulfiqar Hameed said that it was the first that such a huge amount of arms has been recovered from Lahore. Further raids would be held on vegetable markets of the city.
