A 17-year-old Bakhtiyar recovered from a private torture cell of police in Peshwar has been shifted to police station after registering report. Father of Bakhtiyar, Head Constable Iqbal said that Rs 50,000 were demanded for his release. Officials of police station Yakka Toot arrested Bakhtiyar on theft charges and shifted him in a house without registering any case against him. They tied him with a bed. Iqbal told Dunya News that he filed a petition in the court. The court recovered his son from the torture cell. Police officials fled the scene when media men reached the spot.
