ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Paigham-e-Islam Conference has declared Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) as leaders of peace.
The announcement of the Paigham-e-Islam Conference was issued by the Prime Minister's Assistant and Chairman of the Pakistan Ulema Council, Allama Tahir Ashrafi here on Wednesday.
According to the conference declaration, “This conference fully supports the government and the armed forces. It thanks Allah Almighty for the success of Marka-e-Haq. It declares Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces as the leaders of peace.”
The declaration said the conference condemns attacks on Iran, and also condemns Iran's attacks on Gulf countries.
According to the conference announcement, Imam-e-Kaaba will also participate in the upcoming seventh conference.
This conference also condemned the murder of Maulana Idrees. The conference also congratulated the Prime Minister and the Field Marshal for victory against India in Operation Bunyanum Marsoos.
According to the announcement, the final session of the conference will be held at the Presidential House.
