ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi held an extended meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad on Saturday, as both sides discussed regional developments, bilateral relations and avenues for enhanced cooperation.
The meeting, held at the Prime Minister House, lasted approximately two hours and was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, as well as Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and other senior officials were also present.

Diplomatic sources indicated that both sides exchanged views on evolving geopolitical dynamics and reaffirmed the importance of coordination on shared challenges.
