Pakistan, Bahrain vow to boost naval cooperation

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Bahrain Defence Force Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Dhiab bin Saqr, met with Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf at the Naval Headquarters in Islamabad.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed matters of mutual interest, the regional security environment, and ways to enhance bilateral defense cooperation.

Admiral Naveed Ashraf highlighted Pakistan Navy’s role in promoting peace and stability in the region through Regional Maritime Security Patrols.

Lieutenant General Dhiab praised the Pakistan Navy’s efforts in maintaining maritime security and regional stability.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening defense relations, with the Bahraini official’s visit expected to further enhance ties between the two countries, particularly among their armed forces.
