Court orders execution of arrest warrant of KP CM Gandapur in liquor, arms case

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The district and sessions court of Islamabad on Wednesday has ordered SSP operation to execute the orders of arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

The senior civil judge Mubashir Hassan Chishti conducted the hearing of liquor and illegal arms recovery case against KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur.

CM Gandapur did not appear in court in spite of the standing arrest warrants.

Police have not executed court's orders of arrest warrants of Gandapur, and not submitted a report to the court regarding the case.

Later, the court, while upholding the arrest warrants of KP CM and summoning his guarantor, adjourned the hearing till Oct 26.
