PPP seeks more time from PML-N for consultation on reserved seats issue

Azam Nazeer Tarar and Attorney General gave a legal briefing on the reserved seats
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A meeting between the PML-N and the PPP delegations was held at the Presidential House, during which a legal briefing was given on the decision regarding reserved seats. The PPP requested more time for consultation.
The meeting included Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, and the Attorney General.
During the meeting, Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar and the Attorney General gave a legal briefing on the reserved seats decision.
Participants were also informed about various legal aspects concerning the ban on PTI.
Additionally, a briefing was given on legal proceedings under Article 6 against the PTI founder Imran Khan, the former president, and Qasim Suri.
