ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Special Court sought the law department opinion regarding the hearing of cipher case venue.
The Special Court’s Judge Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain dispatched a letter to the law department to know that whether the hearing would be held at the Adiala Jail or Judicial Complex. He also asked the department about the security threats if the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman would be brought to the court.
He said that the chairman PTI is an important political personality and his security must be focused.
The judge mentioned in the letter that hearing would be held in the Judicial Complex if there are no security threats.
