Court conducts hearing of bail application of 40 PTI workers
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The police on Monday submitted a report to the court saying that terror section provisions had been removed from the FIR in the case of arson and damage to property after arrest of Imran Khan.
The court conducted hearing of the bail application of 40 PTI workers in a case registered in Khadian Kasur police station.
The investigation officer said that terrorism provisions were not invoked during the investigation of the case. The lawyer said that if the terrorism provisions had been removed from the case, they would withdraw their bail pleas.
