At least 50 terrorists attacked the police check post
SOUTH WAZIRISTAN (Web Desk) - An alleged terrorist was killed in a gunbattle with the security forces at a police check post in Wana late on Monday night.
Police sources said nearly 50 terrorists attacked the Bagheecha check post of the Wana city police station. A crossfire took place between the two sides, leaving one suspect dead and a security official wounded, they said.
The armed men escaped after exchanging heavy gunfire with the Frontier Corps and police personnel.
