Nepra slashes KE power tariff by Rs2.45
KARACHI (Dunya News) –The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) Wednesday slashed the power tariff by Rs2.45 per unit for the Karachi Electric (KE) consumers on account of fuel cost adjustment (FCA) for October.
According to the notification issued by Nepra, K Electric requested to reduce power tariff by Rs1.88 per unit upon this the authority slashed the tariff price and new prices would be implemented for 1 month only.
The updated rates shall not be implemented on the domestic consumers consuming 300 units, it added.
