Former President Asif Ali Zardari says Sindh is the land of peace and love
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Former President and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari congratulated Sindh on the Sindh Culture Day, saying conscious and civilized nations never forget their culture, civilisation and language.
In a statement, Zardari said that Sindh had always kept its history and culture revered, adding the people of Sindh had never forgotten their heroes who sacrificed their lives while protecting their culture and motherland.
The former president said that Sindh is a land of peace, love, respect and brotherhood as it has a great culture.
"Sindh is the land of Sufi elders, learned friends and brave people," he said, adding the people of Sindh should keep their culture alive and shouldn t give place to any kind of extremism on their land.
