Money laundering case: Court summons Moonis Elahi on Oct 11
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The special court (Offence in banks) Judge on Friday accepted the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) challan against Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader and former federal minister Moonis Elahi in the money laundering case for hearing.
Special Court (Offence in banks) Judge Muhammad Aslam Gondal granted the request for a hearing .The court issued summons to the accused on October 11, while other accused which were named include Pervaiz Elahi, Mazhar Abbas, Wajid Bhatti, Nawaz Ahmed.
It merits mention here that the FIA filed an appeal against Moonis Elahi yesterday.
