ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - New US Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Bloom has taken over the responsibilities on Monday. According to the US Embassy in Pakistan, the new US Ambassador will work to enhance the relationship between Pakistan and the American people.
The new US Ambassador will work with the Government of Pakistan for a stable, secure and prosperous future for Pakistan. Bloom has brought with him a wealth of experience and expertise in Pakistan.
He said in a statement that he was happy to be in Pakistan and was looking forward to getting to know this beautiful country and its people and culture.
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of relations between the United States and Pakistan, he said, “I will continue to work for the further strengthening of relations between the two countries.”
