Balochistan reports eight new COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours
COVID Positivity Ratio in Balochistan on Thursday was recorded at 1.52 percent.
QUETTA (Dunya News) - At least eight more persons were tested positive for coronavirus in Balochistan on Thursday, bringing the total number of infected patients to 32,125 in the province, Dunya News reported.
According to a report released by the Balochistan Health Department, at least 1,180,380 people were screened for the virus till October 14 (Thursday) out of which eight more were reported positive in the last 24 hours. Four new cases were reported in Quetta, two in Turbat and one each in Gwadar and Naseerabad.
Balochistan Health Department also informed that there are 132 active coronavirus cases in the province while 31,641 affected patients have been recovered from the coronavirus so far.
At least 352 persons have so far died of coronavirus in Balochistan. Moreover, COVID Positivity Ratio on Thursday was recorded at 1.52 percent in the province.
