Metro bus service suspended for second day due to employees protest

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Metro bus service in provincial capital of Punjab was suspended for the second day due to protest of employees.

According to details, employees as well as drivers of the buses are protesting over nonpayment of allowances.

Residents of Lahore are facing problems while commuting due to suspension of the service.

On the other hand, Young doctors on Sunday continued their protest against National Licensing Examination (NLE) outside Examination Center near Sapphire Hall in Lahore’s Barkat Market.

Police personnel have besieged the entire area and used pepper spray to disperse the protesters.

House offices of different hospitals have also participated in the protest.
