Wife of Zardari's close aide Dr Asim passes away in Karachi
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The wife of Dr Asim Hussain, close aide of former president Asif Ali Zardari, passed away after protracted illness in Karachi on Saturday.
According to the family, Dr Zarin, wife of former federal petroleum minister Dr Asim Hussain, has passed away. She had been suffering from cancer for a long time. Funeral prayers of Dr Zarin Asim will be announced later.
It is noteworthy here that Asim Hussain s mother Dr Ijaz Fatima had also died in May this year.
On the other hand, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed condolences to party leader Dr Asim on the demise of his wife and prayed for patience for the bereaved family.
“I pray that Allah Almighty grant her high ranks in his mercy,” Bilawal Bhutto said.
