Light rain in Lahore turns weather pleasant
Met Office has predicted more rain in Lahore during the next 24 hours.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Light rain accompanied by cool winds in Lahore and its adjacent areas Tuesday turned the weather pleasant, bringing much needed relief from the hot weather for the faithful in the month of Ramazan, Dunya News reported.
According to details, rain was reported in Krishan Nagar, Lakshmi Chowk, Davis Road, Garhi Shahu, Mall Road, Canal Road, Jail Road and other parts of the city.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department, a westerly wave is affecting upper and central parts of the country and likely to persist till Thursday. Met Office has predicted more rain in Lahore, other parts of Punjab, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan during the next 24 hours.
