CM Buzdar pays sudden visit to covid vaccination center in Multan

MULTAN (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar paid an emergency visit to coronavirus vaccination center in Multan on Saturday. The CM inspected the vaccination procedure of elderly citizens and also inquired about their health.
The covid-19 cases in Punjab are increasing at an alarming pace. In light of the worsening situation in the province, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has provided 124 more ventilators to the hospitals of Punjab.
Seventy ventilators have been provided to the hospitals of Lahore including twenty to General Hospital, sixteen to Services Hospital, fourteen to Mayo Hospital and ten each to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and Jinnah Hospital.
Eighteen ventilators have been provided to Multan’s Nishtar Hospital and eight apiece to DHQ Hospitals in Faisalabad and Gujranwala. Ventilators are also being provided to eleven teaching hospitals.
