CTD arrests terrorist of banned outfit in Karachi
The CTD personnel recovered large quantity of ammunition from the arrested terrorist.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - (Dunya News) - Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested a terrorist of banned outfit during an operation in Karachi on Friday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the CTD personnel conducted an operation near Aligarh Market in Orangi Town area of Karachi and arrested a terrorist belonging to Mufti Shaki Ullah Group of banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
According to CTD spokesperson, the arrested terrorist has been identified as Zubair and was sent to Pakistan on the instruction of Mufti Shaki Ullah. The spokesperson said that the arrested terrorist was involved in several murder cases including killing of police officials in District West.
