Two killed, 18 injured in Bahawalnagar, Chichawatni accidents
At least two persons were killed and 18 were wounded in accidents in Bahawalnagar and Chichawatni.
BAHAWALNAGAR/CHICHAWATNI (Dunya News) – At least two persons were killed and 18 other were wounded in two separate accidents in Bahawalnagar and Chichawatni on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the first accident occurred in Faqirwali area of Bahawalnagar where a car collided with a truck, killing two perons on the spot and injuring another.
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. According to rescue sources the injured person is in critical condition.
The second accident occurred in Chichawatni where a van carrying wedding guests turned turtle due to over-speeding at the National Highway due to which 17 persons sustained injuries. Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the injured to hospital.
