Government will complete its constitutional term: Governor Punjab
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar on Thursday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its allies are on same page over upcoming selections of Senate.
As per details, Federal Minister Tariq Bashir Cheema called on the Governor Punjab to discuss political situation of the country and other matters of mutual interest.
During the meeting, Chaudhry Sarwar said that vote will only get respect by ending practice of horse trading and conducting Senate election through open ballot.
He reiterated that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s government will complete its constitutional term.
On the occasion, PML-Q leader Tariq Bashir Cheema again voiced support for government and urged opposition parties to play positive role in national interest.
