The time for opposition's resignations will never arrive: Fawad Chaudhry
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that the opposition alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) will keep on delaying its resignations.
Talking to media in Islamabad, he criticized the PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz, saying that she could not even get Captain Safdar’s brother to resign. No one would resign at her direction, he added.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the opposition’s time is up, politics has moved forward but they are still stuck in the past. Even the public is not interested in attending opposition protests, he said.
The federal minister said that PDM giving a new date for resignations after every three months has become comical. After every three months, PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and company say that next three months are important. The times have changed, he added.
