PML-N decides to participate in political activities in parliament
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has decided to participate in the upcoming Senate elections and political activities in the Parliament.
The PML-N leadership took this decision at a meeting of the parliamentary party chaired by Maryam Nawaz.
Addressing the meeting, she said that the government was confused. Opposition will continue to play its role in Parliament. The government will be given tough time on national and public issues.
Maryam Nawaz said that the decision of resignations would be taken by Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and all parties would be bound to accept it.
No more talks with the government, said Maryam. She congratulated PML-N members for their steadfastness. Praising party leaders she said that no one can scare the lions of PML-N.
Reacting to the statement of Paksitan peoples Party (PPP) chairman, she said Bilawal Bhutto should bring suggestions regarding a no-confidence motion and the PDM would consider it in the meeting.
