Court approves plea to lodge case against PTI's Kanwal Shauzab for torturing citizen

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad’s session court has on Tuesday approved a petition to lodge case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Kanwal Shauzab for torturing a citizen.
Additional Session Judge Syed Faizan Haider passed the order and said in his remarks to take action against the PTI Member National Assembly (MNA) according to the law.
The court was moved by Raja Abdul Rehman who alleged that Kanwal Shauzab tortured his wife and also snatched her cell phone.
