Pilots among four martyred as Pak Army helicopter crashes in GB
The helicopter was evacuating the body of martyred soldier Sepoy Abdul Qadeer.
GILGIT (Dunya News) - A Pakistan Army Aviation helicopter has crashed due to technical reasons during casualty evacuation in Minimarg, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan Army’s media wing said in a statement.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the helicopter was evacuating body of Shaheed soldier Sepoy Abdul Qadeer to CMH Skardu.
Both pilots -- Major M. Hussain and Co-Pilot Major Ayaz Hussain, Naik Inzimam Alam, and soldier Muhammad Farooq -- embraced shahadat in the crash.
