QUETTA (Dunya News) - Senior JUI leader Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani has said that those who call Prime Minister Imran Khan ‘selected’ should have a look at themselves to see whether they are "elected" or "selected". He also said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman is an expert liar and the PDM movement will bear no result.
According to details, Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani, former chairman of the Islamic Ideological Council, has targeted his own party chief. He has termed the PDM leadership, including Maulana Fazlur Rehman, as "selected".
He said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman was an expert in lying and that’s why he has differences with him. He staged the Islamabad sit-in in 2019 but approval from the party council was sought later.
Maulana Sherani also predicted the failure of the PDM movement, saying that PPP is not prepared to resign. He said that the animosity of PDM was not genuine as they only want reconciliation so they too can get a share of the pie. Maulana Fazlur Rehman has taken over the party, we will end his occupation by mobilizing workers in every district and setting up offices.
He also made the bombshell suggestion of Pakistan recognizing Israel, which drew criticism from all quarters.
