Pakistan Railways restores Mehran Express
The Mehran Express consists of 10 bogies with a total capacity of 734 passengers.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Mehran Express, which will travel between Karachi City and Mirpur Khas, has been restored by Pakistan Railway on Sunday, Dunya News reported.
Member National Assembly (MNA) Sabir Qaimkhwani was present at the Karachi City Station to see off the passenger. Mehran Express will reach Mirpur Khas after passing through Kotri, Hyderabad, Tando Jam and Tando Allah Yar.
Pakistan Raiways sources said that Mehran Express will cover a distance of 250 kilometres between Karachi City and Mirpur Khas in four and a half hours. The Mehran Express consists of 10 bogies with a total capacity of 734 passengers.
Sources also informed that Mehran Express (149 Up) will leave Karachi City Station at 3:55pm and reach Mirpur Khas at 8:30 pm while Mehran Express (150 Down) will depart Mirpur Khas at 5:00am and reach Karachi City Station at 9:30am on daily basis.
