Man killed after being run over by trailer in Lahore
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead body to mortuary for autopsy.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – One person was killed when a trailer ran over him in Shafiqabad area near Bund Road in Lahore on late Monday night, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Naeem went to buy some daily use items when a rashly driven trailer ran over him at the Bund Road, killing him on the spot. Naeem was father of five children.
The heirs of deceased and residents of the area gathered at spot after the accident and blocked the Bund Road. The protesters dispersed peacefully after police intervention.
Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead body to mortuary for autopsy. Police sources said that the driver of the trailer managed to escape from the scene after the accident.
