Political arrests are not new for PPP: Bilawal Bhutto
KARACHI: (Dunya News) - Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Saturday said that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) will send incumbent government packing.
Addressing lawyers in Karachi’s city court, Bilawal said that PPP stands firm against undemocratic forces.
Chairman of PPP said that when the Leader of the Opposition is not allowed to speak in the assembly and issues of masses are not resolved than Opposition will be forced to take to the streets.
He further said that current incompetent rulers will be sent home through PDM. He also said that political workers are being harassed by arrest of Shehbaz Sharif but political arrests are not new for PPP as Khurshid Shah is still in jail.
