India sowing the seeds of chaos in Pakistan: FM Shah Mahmood Qureshi
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi said on Wednesday that India is imposing psychological warfare on Pakistan. It is sowing the seeds of chaos inside Pakistan and it is our duty to repulse their every attack.
Addressing the Zikria Conference on the first day of Hazrat Bahauddin Zikria’s 781st death anniversary in Multan, Shah Mahmood further said that India is trying to create chaos in Pakistan by spreading fake news and paying-off some people.
The Foreign Minister said that the newest tactic being used by the enemy is inciting sectarian sentiments in Pakistan. Anti-nationals and their supporters are hatching new conspiracies to embarrass and humiliate us. He urged the country’s media and intellectuals to play their role in keeping Pakistan safe.
Shah Mahmood said that in this situation, we have to promote unity and harmony between all sects by respecting each other’s beliefs.
The Foreign Minister further said that by the grace of Almighty Allah, India, which always eyes the downfall of Pakistan, is now suffering itself. Many countries that used to be more prosperous than us are bearing the brunt of the pandemic while Pakistan has emerged victorious against the virus, he added.
