7 killed as jeep plunges into deep ravine in Galyat
Local resident reached the spot and shifted the dead bodies and injured to hospital.
GALYAT (Dunya News) – At least seven people, including four women and three children, were killed when a jeep fell into a deep ravine in Galyat on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the ill-fated jeep was going to Nagri Totiyal from Ghanyan Khor when the driver lost control of the vehicle near Seeri Chinali area of Galyat and fell into ravine, killing seven people and injuring 10 other.
The driver of the jeep managed to remain unhurt after jumping from the jeep while its conductor was among the injured.
Local resident reached the spot after the accident and retrieved the dead and injured from the ditch and shifted them to Type-D Hospital in tehsil Lawarah from where four injured persons were shifted to Rawalpindi.
