Government schools in Sindh to conduct online classes

KARACHI (Dunya News) - Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, it has been decided that students of government schools will be taught through online education. Students in grades six through twelve will be able to attend classes online.

A notification issued by Sindh Education Secretary Khalid Haider Shah directs that the education process has been disrupted due to coronavirus lockdown. However, keeping security measures in view, online classes will now be introduced in government educational institutions to make sure the students do not fall further behind.

According to the notification issued by the Education Secretary, the directors of all districts have been directed to submit the data of teachers and students by June 17.
