Javed Jabbar's nomination as Balochistan representative to NFC challenged in BHC

QUETTA (Dunya News) - Independent member of the National Assembly from Gwadar-Lasbela Mohammad Aslam Bhootani has challenged the nomination of former senator Javed Jabbar as Balochistan representative to NFC in the Balochistan High Court (BHC), Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
Advocate Amanullah Kanrani has filed the application in the court on behalf of Mohammad Aslam Bhootani, stating that Javed Jabbar is niether a resident of Balochistan nor an expert of financial affairs to represent Balochistan in National Finance Commission (NFC).
The court will issue notices to the parties in the next few days for a regular hearing of the case.
