Govt working tirelessly to provide relief to poor families: Dr. Yasmin Rashid
Patients will receive Rs1000 as TADA
SHEIKHUPURA (Dunya News) – Provincial Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid on Saturday said that government is working continuously to provide relief to poor families.
Yasmin Rashid distributed health cards among grade 4 government employees during ‘Health Services Program ‘ceremony at Council Hall in Sheikhupura. She said that deserving patients will receive free treatment though health card.
She informed the attendants of the program that scheme is already in place in 32 districts of Punjab and 32 million people of 7.2 million families will be benefited from the program. Under this scheme patients will also receive Rs1000 as TADA.
When minister left the hall, grade 4 employees of DC office laid down in front of her car to protest against stagnant allowances. She assured him of her help and then left the venue.
