In Pictures: Winter takes Pakistan by surprise with dense fog
Winter hit Pakistan like no one expected this year as severely decreased temperature has taken over.
Pakistan (Shaheer Shaz) – The cold weather has surprisingly hit Pakistan this year with unexpected temperature, especially Punjab which has been shivering under the spell of winter.
Many pictures have been taken across the Pakistan which shows people bearing dense foggy weather of severe coldness.
It was taken at the GT Road in provincial capital, Lahore, where winters blanketed the roads with fog.
A young gypsy girl was seen holding a child at the beach of River Ravi at the time of sunset in Lahore.
Same as Lahore, people also seemed to enjoy a pleasant weather in Karachi. People were captured waiting for the local transport in the cold weather.
At the Empress Market, people were witnessed gathering around the bonfire to keep themselves warm in this chilly weather.
The Federal capital of Pakistan experienced decreased invisibility owing to heavy fog.
Visibility decreased due to cold heavy foggy weather at Constitution Avenue in Islamabad. The minimum temperature was recorded at zero degree centigrade among dense fog at day and night. This was the lowest temperature reported in the city.
The famous Faisal Mosque was also hard to spot in this one of the chilliest weathers experienced in the country.

The PIMS in Islamabad was also hidden in the mist as covered themselves completely to battle the cold climate.
But, this season did not stop the workers from performing their duties as they were busy in washing vehicles in front of the PIMS to earn bread for the livelihoods during the chilly weather.
Students also gathered around fire to keep themselves warm at G-7 sector in the current winter season.
Other cities also experienced dense fog and chilly weather.
The picture was taken during the day hours to show the view of dense foggy weather in Chiniot.
Another picture showed the cold weather of Chiniot making the areas fade away in the fog.
Visibility also decreased in the outskirts of Attock due to the cold foggy weather.
