Sirajul Haq said that the government has made a new record of inflation
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq on Sunday said that the process of accountability has become a joke for the past 15 days.
According to a statement issued on Sunday, the JI chief said that the opposition has time and again said that they don’t want the ordinance and the decisions should be made in the Senate and National Assembly.
He said that the government raised a slogan on accountability and change but today, the accountability has become a joke.
Sirajul Haq said that the government has made a new record of inflation, adding that the government is weak due to the artificial majority and mandate.
Pakistan will progress and democracy will be strengthened only if every institution does its job, he said.
He went on to say that they have no personal agenda and they do not have any kind of “Abu Bachao Program”, adding that we wanted to save the system and for this we will continue our struggle.
