Summary Communication and works are split into two departments in Balochistan.
Earlier both departments were incorporated into one ministry. PPP minister Sadiq Umrani has been made minister without department, earlier he was minister for communications and works. According to the new notification C&W will be under two different ministries. PPP MP Agha Irafan has been given portfolio of Works department whereas Haji Ali Maddad will have the communication ministry. Resources claim more changes in other ministries are also likely in days to come. Sadiq Umrani alleges CM has victimized him. His department has been withdrawn for supporting the PPP candidate against PML-N contestant, he added.
